Cynthia has developed her skills and experience in order to assist clients with financial analysis and plan development, retirement income strategies, investment management and risk protection (insurance), among many other areas, delivered from her office located in Burlington.

Cynthia is committed to providing the highest level of care for her clients and their families. By developing long lasting, genuine relationships with her clients, Cynthia is able to gain insight into the goals, dreams and objectives that each has for their current and future financial life. Once identified, these objectives are used to develop a customized, personal financial plan. Through the planning process, Cynthia and her team provide their clients with clarity around their goals, and specific recommendations designed to help achieve those goals. Cynthia works with each client to identify reasonable time frames and measureable targets to bring confidence in the plan for both today and tomorrow. Along the way, Cynthia provides her clients with ongoing support, management of investments to align with the objectives and her experience, education and expertise. Clients enjoy the confidence of knowing they have a trusted advisor to help them navigate the ever changing financial environment, as well as the changes that happen as a part of life. Cynthia works diligently to identify challenges, changes and potential pit-falls that can get in the way of goal achievement and provides thoughtful recommendations for solutions to help prevent or minimize the impact of those issues to the long term financial plan.

Cynthia holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 registration and Life & Disability insurance licenses. She is also FINRA licensed in the states of WA, CA, FL, ID, IL, MT, ND, and OR. Cynthia graduated with honors from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN with a double major in Communications and Business Administration.

Cynthia grew up on a dairy farm near Bertha, Minnesota. She participated in both basketball and track through high school and college. After working for the American Lutheran Church and KXMB TV in Bismarck, ND, Cynthia led camping tours for English-speaking foreigners across the United States and Canada. She began her financial planning practice more than 20 years ago and has been working with the people in Skagit Valley since 1999. She regards her clients as family and is grateful for the opportunity to take care of them.

Cynthia currently lives in Sedro Woolley with her husband, Kevin, and son, Marek. Outside of the office Cynthia’s heart is directed towards her faith, her family, being active outdoors and travel.
