Boulevard Realty has been firmly established as the premiere Heights real estate firm. Since becoming a realtor in 1998, Bill Baldwin has sold just under $400 million worth of properties. The firm has followed the success of Baldwin, with well over $1 Billion in sales since its founding in 2008.
