Her unique style and wealth of knowledge has led her to receive state awards in Public Policy and Public Affairs in her home state of Maryland. She has presented at conferences on national and state levels focusing on topics from reducing supply cost to improving home health compare scores to change leadership. She is a recognized expert in implementation and data analysis of electronic health records. Her skills in Lean Six Sigma has enabled her to implement continual process improvement programs that have led to improved operations and cost savings.
