General information

NearStar works with insurance companies to produce estimates for homes or buildings damaged by earth movement, wind, fire, explosion, water or civil unrest we also work with homeowners looking to complete renovations. NearStar customizes our programs to fit our client's needs; we devise integrated solutions to challenging construction projects. Our lead estimators are credentialed career estimators. Our work experience includes working with architects, homeowners and insurance adjusters as well as with contractors during the construction phase. Additionally, our estimators are all experienced in performing and negotiating on property loss and remediation estimates.
