The Courtyard is a 54 unit living complex for seniors who require assistance to maintain their highest level of functional capability. The Courtyard is surrounded by acres of wonderfully landscaped grounds, featuring a beautiful outdoor patio for relaxation and socializing and a lovely water fountain for visitors and residents alike to enjoy.

The Fountains is a 145-bed skilled nursing and comprehensive physical rehabilitation facility, which offers dignified care for those who do not need a full scale hospital setting, but still need experienced medical professionals watching over them.

At The Gardens, we’ve created a unique environment especially designed to help those living with mild to advanced stages of Alzheimer’s or similar Dementia. The Gardens allows our residents to live a dignified lifestyle with secure and supportive surroundings.
