The Learning Lab of Brentwood

General information

Our approach at the Learning Lab is research-based and results driven. Each student’s journey is a collaborative partnership among multiple parties: student, parents, staff, teachers and, where appropriate, medical professionals. We begin with a free personalized consultation to gain an understanding of your child’s unique learning profile, from which we develop a plan to address their specific learning needs. Then we design the optimum learning environment for them and engage with the student, as well as parents, teachers and others as necessary and appropriate.

With continuous monitoring we evaluate each student’s progress and provide feedback to the student, parents and all others involved. Equally as important, we celebrate each student’s progress by celebrating their achievements. We also help them to define goals for life success. We succeed by melding their desire to learn with the self-confidence they need to perform in diverse academic environments. More than teaching the subject matter, we work to instill within them the desire to learn.

Our team offers expert tutoring in all academic subjects, specialized help for giftedness as well as for those with learning differences, preparation for standardized testing, study and organizational programs and support for those who are homeschooled.
