Sambatek, Inc., formerly McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc. (MFRA), is an award winning, Twin Cities-based professional services firm that specializes in engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental services. Since opening our doors in 1966, we’ve forged partnerships with public and private entities throughout the Upper Midwest. We’re a vibrant organization that believes integrity, value, and outstanding service are the foundations of a great company.
