Body Blast is a unique boutique fitness studio in Woodbridge, Ontario. Since 2006, we have helped individuals of all fitness levels to reach their own specific goals. Body Blast offers 1-on-1 to 4-on-1 personal training as well as 1-on-1 nutritional consulting in a private setting. We offer a complimentary, no obligation personal training consultation. At no cost whatsoever, you can determine for yourself whether our private studio and personal trainer is the right fit for you. Once you have experienced our studio, you will be excited and motivated for all your scheduled sessions.
