Our 150-bed facility opened in the fall of 2003 and is divided into six different neighborhoods, each offering its own dining and living rooms. We offer all private rooms, each with its own private bathroom. We are licensed for both Medicare and Medicaid.

The highlight of our community is our "downtown" town square, offering realistic storefronts reminiscent of a vintage, downtown main street scene under a hand-painted, blue sky. Our town square features a bank (our business office), a chapel, a beauty shop, coffee shop, gift shop, courthouse (facility administration), social services, a greenhouse, a workshop, and dentist and podiatrist offices.
