A blend of Flower Boutique and Event Atelier, Ellermann treats customers to a new shopping experience away from the dredges of Hong Kong’s shopping malls. The brainchild of Diane Nittke, Creative Director and Event Designer, Ellermann – named after her grandmother - came about through a desire to enrich the everyday lives of busy Hong Kong residents.

Diane’s aesthetic sensibilities provide a classic European floral style with an elegant-quirky twist, adding opulence and freshness to any Hong Kong environment whether as the centre piece at an intimate chic dinner party or a fresh bouquet welcoming you home from work. Understanding that we all have our own needs, Ellermann offers a variety of options when purchasing flowers. Customers can choose from a selection premade of signature bouquets or custom made arrangement with your choice of flowers, and for those of you that possess an inner florist feel free to pick as you please and we’ll bundle them together for you to arrange.

Complementing Ellermann’s floral confections are an eclectic selection of glassware, ceramics, stationary, books and other curiosities sourced from around the world, each piece personally selected with the Ellermann customer in mind.
