Ford, Bacon & Davis, LLC is a privately held Multi-Discipline Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management company with over 650 employees with 2 offices in Baton Rouge, LA; New Orleans, LA; West Monroe, LA; Greenville, SC; Raleigh, NC; and Kingsport, TN. · FB&D utilizes data-centric laser scanning and 3D CAD systems to assure the integrity of our design information, through the actual development of the design deliverables. This toolset has been successfully utilized in a manner that is both cost and schedule effective.

· We've also developed technology that allows our clients access to online, real-time information and data about the status of their projects through our web based Internet Project Information Management System, iPIMS.

· FB&D utilizes integrated project and cost control systems to communicate timely information for cost, schedule, and quality objectives to our clients and management. The tools and manpower required to effectively monitor and control projects are
based upon scientific project complexity, schedule, client preferences and reporting requirements.

· Our Procurement team provides a complete set of tools to give our clients the ultimate buying power for their projects from the initial stages of a requisition through inspection.
