Ruck Fitness for Teens
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm
Fundamentals-1-6 are our Foundation classes. They are taken in order and teach the basic body movements and weight lifting techniques you need to participate in our daily workouts.
These 6 classes are $150 and include your first monthly membership. They must be attended by everyone unless you have previous Crossfit experience.
