We are agents for CSSI (Cost Segregation Services Inc.). CSSI is an engineering based company in Baton Rouge LA. We work with tax professionals and owners of residential rental, multi-family and commercial property to perform "Cost Segregation Studies."

We are "calculation experts"; and the results of these studies enable tax professionals to accelerate the depreciation on their clients' properties. This results in significant TAX SAVINGS for the property owner. The studies also provide the framework for "COMPLIANCE" with the new Tangible Property Regulations.
We also help property owners save taxes and expenses on LED lighting and facilitate 179D, 45L and R&D tax reduction initiatives.

We can coordinate energy efficiency projects and provide special tax savings when building owners undertake the projects. Lastly, we can analyze total spend categories and negotiate overall savings for organizations.
