Manley Engineering and Associates, Inc. is a professional engineering company that has provided engineering services for public and private sector in the Greater Houston and Philadelphia areas since 1990. MEA, previously operating as 'Manley Consultants, Inc. (1990-2011)" offers civil and environmental engineering, planning and surveying services for land development, environmental and public works projects. Our clients include private developers, commercial industrial firms, municipalities, and governmental agencies.

Manley Engineering is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves not just on being able to respond to our customers faster than anyone in the industry, but on being able to build a strong relationship with each and every customer we have. We have found that by keeping strong personal ties with our customers we are able to serve them better. By getting to know you, your business, and how you operate together we can tailor our services and how we work together.

We also enjoy flexibility and responsiveness that many firms can only dream about. Often we are able to begin projects the same day that authorization is given. Our flexibility allows us to be able to cater our service to your specific needs for every project. We can take care of as much or little of your project as you like; from designing plans to walking them through the approval and acceptance process, testing, TCEQ approval, bidding, construction, inspection, and more.
