ABOUT US:

Real Estate Settlement Company was founded in 1993 by Diane Hagarman. Many of you may know her as Diane Walker. Diane brought her business to the forefront of the real estate industry in York and Adams counties by providing accurate title insurance services on a personalized level. In May 2009, Diane passed the torch on to new owners J. Geoffrey Sturgill, Jr. and Dayna Hartman, who have been business partners since 2007. As the new owners of Real Estate Settlement Company it is their goal to continue providing and expanding upon the business concepts that made Diane a success for so many years.

ABOUT THE OWNERS:

Geoff is a partner in Sturgill & Associates LLP, a regional CPA firm. His other business interests include qualified intermediary services, investment advisory services, corporate financing and management solutions.

Dayna is a licensed Title Agent and Notary Public and has over 15 years of experience in home builder sales administration and settlement coordination. She is responsible for managing the office and meeting with customers to sign their final closing documents.
