Kelly has been practicing massage therapy and ayurvedic health & wellness since 1993. Combining a variety of bodywork modalities with the ancient wisom of ayurveda she enables the body and mind to find its own balance. When we have balance in our lives we naturally gravitate towards choices that will enhance our physical and emotional well being. Our conscious choices enliven the nourishing connection between mind body and soul.
Kelly is a Chopra Center University Certified Vedic Master, teaching classes in Perfect Health Ayurvedic Lifestyle, Primordial Sound Meditation and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. Kelly has been with the Chopra Center since 2002 providing Ayurvedic Massage and Pancha Karma Detoxification programs as well as being an educator at Chopra Center University teacher training programs.
Kelly also travels all over the country and internationally teaching Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Meditation workshops for small groups and provides professional consultation services for organizations to enhance and grow existing programs.
