Candycane Villa is situated in the highly acclaimed Southern Dunes 24 hour gated golf community.
The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the living area you will find comfy sofas to relax on while watching TV. The dining area comprises of a large dining table and six chairs.There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.There is further dining space outside for those al fresco evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Within the pool area you will find sun loungers and a table and chairs. The pool is screened and not overlooked. There is a covered porch for when you need a break from the Florida sunshine. The downstairs double bedroom is ideal for people who have reduced mobility. The bedroom has the added bonus of patio doors which lead onto the pool area. The ground floor bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The upstairs consists of a large spacious master bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom which includes a shower, bath and his and hers sinks. The bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. These are twin rooms and conveniently share the third bathroom. Located downstairs is the laundry room which has a washer and dryer.The games room is located downstairs and will keep the children and adults entertained for hours. Candycane Villa has a flat screen TV in the living room and all the bedrooms. We are connected to cable TV, WIFI and free calls can be made from the land line to the USA and Canada.
