Xpress Yourself Coaching helps to create new ways of life, manage turmoil, understand & manage emotions and handle feelings around shame and guilt and the parts of ourselves that often rule our lives and dictate our behaviours from the shadows resulting in a greater personal self awareness, integrity, accountability and appropriate interpersonal & family communication.
