Edelstahl Rosswag GmbH in Pfinztal produces any kind of forgings and machined pieces. Southern Germany's largest open die forge is a family-owned company since 1911 and is specialised in small quantities and pieces between 5 and 1,500 kg.Our ultra-modern ring rolling machine forms seamless rings up to a diameter of 3,000 mm. After the conditioning in the CNC-controlled turning and milling machine, the forged parts are ready for installation.Prototypes, so called zero series and made-to-measure specialities are part of our daily business: Flanges made of low temperature, resistant steel for Greenland and construction components made of heat resistant steel for Venezuela's oil industry. Pump components for nuclear power stations are produced by Edelstahl Rosswag just as clappers for Europe's biggest bells. Our ISO-certified company provides more than 400 tested materials: Steels, nickel-basis-alloys, NE-metals, aluminium, copper and bronze materials.
